PHECC First Aid Responder (FAR) Course
First Aid Response (FAR) is a new training standard developed by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council of Ireland. The objective of FAR is to improve and replace the current Occupational First Aid (OFA) course from the 1st Sept 2017 and have a standardised syllabus nationwide. FAR also includes the full Cardiac First Response Community standard.

Upon successful completion of a practical and written exam you will receive the PHECC FAR certificate valid for 2 years. You will need to refresh this course every 2 years to ensure it remains valid.
18 hours training normally broken into 6x3 hour modules
